Day 2, Thu, 21.08.2025: From Windhoek to Sesriem

Today, you’ll explore the capital city of Namibia. On an informative walking tour with your guide, you’ll delve into the German colonial history of the city and visit several monuments. You’ll stroll down Independence Avenue and then continue to the Christ Church, the Equestrian Monument and the Ink Palace. Afterwards, your legendary journey to solitude begins: By bus, you’ll travel through the foothills of the Kalahari and through the rugged landscape of the Tsaris Mountains down to the vast Namib Desert. Your destination for this leg of your gay adventure is near the small settlement of Sesriem on the edge of the Namib-Naukluft Park.

Day 3, Fri, 22.08.2025: Dunes of Sossusvlei

Rise and shine! Shortly after sunrise, you’ll be mesmerised as you watch how the dunes are painted striking hues of apricot, red and orange by the first rays of sunlight. You’ll be captivated by the surreal landscapes of Deadvlei and Sossusvlei, two pans (salt and clay) surrounded by some of the highest dunes on the planet. Be sure to walk up one of these majestic dunes and take in the breathtaking sight below. Before returning to your lodge, you’ll take a short hike through Sesriem Canyon, a natural phenomenon in the heart of the Namib Desert.

Day 4, Sat, 23.08.2025: Atlantic breeze

After breakfast, you’ll travel to Solitaire, a small settlement seemingly in the middle of nowhere on the edge of the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Via the desolate, rolling hills of the Kuiseb Valley, you’ll continue your gay tour. Travelling along the Trans-Kalahari Highway between the dune belt and the Atlantic Ocean, you’ll reach the coastal city of Swakopmund, where you’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy the ocean breeze at your leisure.

The shimmering sea beckons and invites you on a boat trip. You’ll set sail to see the dolphins and seals in magnificent Walvis Bay. On board, you’ll be treated to a lunchtime snack. Your gay adventure then continues northwards. On the way, you’ll make a stop at the amazing seal colony at Cape Cross. Don’t forget to take pictures!

Damaraland Namibia

Day 7, Tue, 26.08.2025: Call of the wild

Finally, the time has come: You’ll make your way to Namibia’s wildlife haven – Etosha National Park. There’s no time to waste, so keep your camera ready! The park, which surrounds a parched salt desert known as the Etosha Pan, is home to four of the Big Five (elephants, lions, leopards, and rhinos) as well as an array of popular game species such as giraffes, blue wildebeest, plains and mountain zebras, hyenas, lions, leopards, and antelopes. You might also encounter some endangered species such as black rhinos, cheetahs, and black-faced impalas.

Day 8, Wed, 27.08.2025: Exploring Etosha – Part II

Another exciting game drive through Etosha National Park awaits you. If you’re up for a different type of adventure, you can book an unforgettable open game drive for an additional fee. The park has the highest concentration of wildlife in all of Namibia, so you just might encounter wildlife you didn’t see on your last drive past the many waterholes along the Etosha Pan. In the afternoon, you’ll travel back to the lodge, where you can enjoy the rest of the evening dreaming about the gay adventures you’ve had under the starry, starry sky.

  • Namibia is ONE OF A KIND – leading travel magazines regularly award this African country the title of Top Travel Destination (watch this video and you’ll understand why).

  • The Namib Desert with its mighty dunes and Etosha National Park with its abundance of fascinating wildlife are reason enough to visit this wonderful place.

  • If you’re looking for breathtaking (sometimes bizarre) landscapes as well as spectacular starry skies beyond compare, look no further.

  • Same-sex sexual activity is not subject to criminal prosecution as long as it takes place in a private setting; however, there is no real gay community in Namibia and homosexuality is largely taboo – for this reason, you should be somewhat cautious with regard to public displays of affection.

  • Keep in mind that we’ll be spending most of the time outdoors where the topic of homosexuality doesn’t play a role.

FEEDBACK

Mike | Germany

It was an unforgettable vacation and an experience I wouldn't want to miss. I will remember these days for a very long time and am very grateful to you for offering this trip. I would particularly like to mention our guide. I couldn't have imagined anyone better.

Tomaso | Italy

The Namibia trip was a super dream vacation that I would gladly recommend. I experienced more than on any other vacation so far. It was really wonderful.

Aaron | Canada

I really enjoyed my trip to Namibia. It was a real adventure and the landscapes were simply breathtaking. The accommodation was also very good. It was very pleasant that there were only a few tourists in the country at that time, so we were able to visit the sights in peace. The tour guide gave us very good information about the country and its people. All in all, thumbs up!
